What’s Included
All facilitation engagements are intentionally designed and may include
- Pre-session discovery call and document review
- Customized agenda design aligned with your goals
- Inclusive, interactive facilitation (virtual, in-person, or hybrid)
- Optional pre-retreat surveys or listening sessions
- Light post-session notes or next-step support
Timing & Investment
Retreats are typically offered as:
Half-day experiences (up to 4 hours)
Full-day experiences (up to 8 hours)
Engagements under 2.5 hours are scoped as facilitated meetings rather than retreats.
Typical investment ranges:
Half-day retreats: $2,500–$5,500
Full-day retreats: $5,000–$7,500
Pricing varies based on format (virtual, in-person, or hybrid), group size, and level of support. Clear ranges and a customized quote are provided following an intake conversation.
Travel costs apply for in-person sessions outside the Bay Area. Sliding scale available for grassroots organizations.
