REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

EvolveTCF Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EvolveTCF, we aim to offer services that are rooted in trust, care, and collaboration. We know that life and leadership can be unpredictable — and we believe in holding space for both flexibility and accountability.

This policy outlines how we approach cancellations and refunds across our services in a way that is transparent, equitable, and aligned with good business practice.

Workshops & Live Trainings

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 business days before a scheduled session.

  • If you cancel within 7 business days, we do not offer refunds, but you are welcome to:

    • Transfer your registration to another team member, or

    • Reschedule for a future session, subject to availability.

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Coaching & Group Programs

  • For 1:1 or group coaching programs, full refunds are available up to 7 business days before your first session.

  • After the program begins, no refunds will be issued, but you may request a pause or rescheduling based on your needs and availability.

  • If at any point you feel the coaching relationship is not a good fit, we encourage open dialogue and will work with you to find a path forward — with care and professionalism.

Facilitation, Consulting & Fractional Leadership

  • These services are often scoped as part of a larger contract or agreement. Refunds are not available once work has begun.

     

  • If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled engagement, we require 10 business days’ notice to reschedule without penalty.

     

  • Cancellations made with fewer than 10 business days’ notice may result in a partial forfeiture of fees, depending on prep time and costs already incurred.
