MEET RONESHA JACKSON
Hi, I’m Ronesha, founder of EvolveTCF and a coach, facilitator, and partner to nonprofit leaders, teams, and boards.
I believe strong nonprofits begin with supported people. When people have space to reflect, learn, and connect, they can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and care.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked within and alongside nonprofit organizations, supporting the people and practices that sustain their missions. I understand the responsibility of leading through limited resources, changing priorities, and work that matters deeply to your community.
I founded EvolveTCF to help nonprofits make space for intentional growth. Through coaching, training, facilitation, and strategic planning, I support people in strengthening relationships, clarifying direction, and turning shared values into everyday practice.
My Journey in Nonprofit Leadership
My experience as a nonprofit executive, board member, and organizational development practitioner shapes how I approach this work. I’ve held responsibility for programs, fundraising, operations, and teams, and understand how closely these areas depend on one another.
Those experiences taught me to look beneath the immediate challenge. A team may need clearer roles. A leader may need space to work through a decision. An organization may need to pause, listen, and agree on its priorities.
My role is to help you explore those needs and identify practical steps forward.
