🌱 About the Session

If you work within a nonprofit organization, it’s common to have many connections—clients, partners, funders, and community members. But there is a meaningful difference between being connected and being in community.

Community requires something deeper. It’s built on shared care, ongoing practice, and the courage to show up with intention. This session invites you to reflect on what it means to create and sustain authentic community within your organization, starting with how you lead, collaborate, and relate to one another.

Together, we’ll explore the shift from connection to community—and why that shift matters.

This session is for you if:

You recognize the need to move beyond being connected and want to explore what it truly means to be in community

You understand that authentic community is what drives long-term sustainability and alignment across your organization

You’re ready to reflect on the habits, values, and relational practices that help build trust and belonging within your team, board, and broader ecosystem

What You’ll Walk Away With:

A deeper understanding of the difference between connection and community

A framework to reflect on how your organization shows up for its people

Practices that support authentic relationships and sustainable culture
