2-Day Workshop: From Uncertainty to Sustainability: Develop a Fundraising Plan That Works

A Hands-On, Practical Workshop to Build Your Nonprofit’s Fundraising Strategy
Nonprofit fundraising shouldn’t feel like guesswork. Yet, too often, organizations find themselves scrambling for funding, reacting to financial challenges instead of building a clear, proactive strategy.
If your team is looking for a structured, actionable approach to fundraising, this workshop is for you.
Designed for nonprofits with annual revenue under $1M, this two-day virtual experience will give you the tools, frameworks, and expert guidance to develop a fundraising plan tailored to your organization. You’ll work alongside experienced fundraising professionals to build a plan that supports long-term sustainability.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of this workshop, you and your team will have:
- A fundraising framework designed to align with your nonprofit’s mission and goals
- Defined fundraising strategies that move you from reactive to proactive planning
- A working draft of a fund development plan, complete with revenue streams, donor engagement strategies, and key action steps
- Templates and an implementation guide to put your plan into action
- A roadmap with clear next steps and deadlines
Exclusive Bonus: Personalized Support from Fundraising Professionals
Every participant will receive a complimentary 30-minute 1:1 follow-up consultation with an expert fundraising consultant. Use this session to:
- Get personalized feedback on your plan
- Troubleshoot fundraising challenges specific to your organization
- Identify next steps to implement your plan with confidence

Who Should Attend?
Fundraising isn’t a one-person job. A strong development plan requires alignment across your team. We highly recommend that multiple team members attend together, including:
- Executive Directors
- Development Staff & Fundraising Leads
- Board Members
- Anyone leading fundraising or revenue development efforts within the organization
When the fund development team works together, fundraising becomes more effective, sustainable, and mission-driven.
