ABOUT RONESHA JACKSON
MEET RONESHA JACKSON
Hi, I’m Ronesha—a strategist, capacity builder, and champion for strong teams.
I believe that clarity, structure, and alignment are the foundation of a thriving organization. For over a decade, I’ve worked alongside mission-driven teams to help them strengthen their operations, build capacity, and create sustainable systems that support both their people and their impact.
I know firsthand how easy it is to get caught in reactive fundraising, operational chaos, or shifting priorities without a clear plan. That’s why I started Evolve Training Coaching Facilitation—to help nonprofit professionals move from overwhelmed to strategic, from reactive to proactive, and from stuck to sustainable.
Whether through fractional leadership, coaching, or training, my goal is to create space for teams to work in alignment, build stronger connections, and develop structures that allow them to do their best work.
My Journey in Nonprofit Leadership
Ronesha Jackson brings over a decade of experience working within and alongside nonprofit organizations across the Bay Area and beyond. Her expertise spans organizational development, strategic planning, and executive coaching for nonprofit leaders who are navigating complex challenges while staying true to their mission.
Before founding EvolveTCF, Ronesha held leadership positions where she witnessed firsthand the unique pressures facing nonprofit executives—from resource constraints to mission drift to team burnout. These experiences shaped her understanding that sustainable impact requires strong internal foundations: aligned leadership, clear systems, and teams that feel supported and empowered.
A Relational, Justice-Oriented Approach
As a nonprofit leadership coach, Ronesha Jackson believes in meeting organizations where they are with culturally relevant, equity-centered solutions. Her approach combines:
- Deep Sector Knowledge: Understanding the unique challenges facing nonprofits in today’s landscape
- Systems Thinking: Building infrastructure that supports both people and mission
- Relational Practice: Creating safe spaces for authentic leadership development
- Justice Orientation: Centering equity and inclusion in all organizational work
