SUMMARY:Foundations for New Nonprofit Leaders: A 4-Week Virtual Training Series
DESCRIPTION:🌱 About the Series\nNew leaders in nonprofits often step into management because they are trusted\, capable\, and deeply committed to the mission. You have strong instincts\, lived experience\, and a real desire to support people well. \nAnd at the same time\, most nonprofit leaders are asked to supervise others without the training\, tools\, or guidance that make leadership sustainable. \nFoundations for New Nonprofit Leaders is a 4-week virtual training series created for team members who are supervising for the first time or who have never received formal leadership training.
